No product/solution can be sold unless it is properly supported. Technowave has a team of qualified engineers who are well trained and certified by the principals in their factory/workshops. At every location of Technowave, qualified and trained engineers are positioned.
Technowave also keeps ample stock of spare parts to cut down the lead-time of warranty support and deliveries.
The support teams are exposed to training programs – both in-house and at principal's factories. We maintain the equipments supplied by us and others as we have the technical strengths to maintain them with ready stock of spare parts.
Technowave provides continued support for all the equipments supplied after the warranty period by way of signing Annual Maintenance Contracts.
